Gestalt therapy is a holistic, creative and interactive therapy that aims
to achieve a healthy balance of mind, body, emotions and spirit. This
approach provides an effective framework and tools to help individuals access
their inner resources to gently transform habitual ways of being that no
longer serve them.
In addition to the traditional Gestalt techniques, Naaz draws upon her
extensive background in movement and voice to help clients achieve greater
expression and wholeness. Her work is available to individuals, couples,
and groups.
